History

Enertech Electrical began in the heart of an amazing man. In 1960, with a truck and $500 in his pocket, Ralph Conti, 26, founded Conti Plumbing & Heating Company in Lowellville, Ohio. With his business rapidly growing, in 1962 Ralph incorporated his company and renamed it The Conti Corporation. His love and dedication to the construction industry inspired him to become an innovative leader as he adapted to the ever-changing market.

In 1981, he recognized the need to pair his mechanical contracting company with an electrical contracting division; hence Enertech Electrical, Inc. was born. Ralph’s vision of leadership, innovation, and education is rooted in Enertech’s philosophy, the Enertech Advantage – our driving force.

John started his career with Enertech in 1988. He is a State of Ohio Certified Journeyman Electrician and holds Ohio Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration, HVAC and Hydronics Contractor’s Licenses. John is the current Secretary of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association – Western Reserve Chapter and serves on the board for the Lawrence County Vocational School. John is also licensed in the State of Ohio for fire alarm installation.

John started his career with Conti as an Apprentice Plumber in 1986. He is a registered Master Plumber and Hydronics, HVAC, Refrigeration Licensed Contractor with the State of Ohio and many local municipalities. John has served as President of the Local Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Ohio and Member of State Advisory Board.

Anita has been with the company since 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Youngstown State University. She has more than 30 years experience in the engineering/construction industry as a Construction Analyst, Tenant Coordinator and Project Coordinator for a major shopping center developer and for various general contracting companies.
